Application Information

Crestlea runs one application/funding cycle per year, with applications due by January 15th at midnight, and a subsequent Trustee decision on funding by mid-April. Applicants will typically be notified whether or not they were awarded a grant within two weeks of the Trustee meeting (usually by the end of April), and those awarded funding will receive a check shortly thereafter.

NEW: To apply to the Crestlea Foundation, please reach out to info@crestlea.org to schedule a meeting. If the project for which you are seeking funding is an appropriate fit, we will give you an Access Code for the application. *You cannot access the application without first reaching out to our staff.* Please note: Due to the extremely high volume of meeting requests we receive during our grant cycle, we cannot guarantee that requests within one week of the application deadline will be honored. 

Crestlea is open to receiving applications for Capital, Program, or Operating expenses. Crestlea’s average grant size is $15,000.
